This document explains the general approach of LYXE Commerce. Your subscription agreement or a country-specific notice may contain additional terms. This template should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production launch.
Security approach
LYXE uses access controls, tenant-aware data handling, secure authentication practices, CSRF protection and operational monitoring appropriate to the platform.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants must use strong passwords, limit staff access, keep devices secure and promptly report suspected compromise.
Payments
Payment details are handled by configured payment providers. LYXE should not store full card numbers in its application database.
Report a concern
Send security concerns to security@lyxe.in with enough detail to investigate. Do not publicly disclose a suspected vulnerability before coordinated review.
