This document explains the general approach of LYXE Commerce. Your subscription agreement or a country-specific notice may contain additional terms. This template should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production launch.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use LYXE for illegal goods or services, fraud, malware, harassment, intellectual-property infringement, privacy violations or attempts to bypass security.
Platform integrity
Do not probe, overload, scrape abusively, reverse engineer unlawfully or interfere with other tenants, users or infrastructure.
Store content
Merchants are responsible for ensuring product claims, prices, policies, marketing and customer communications are accurate and lawful.
Enforcement
We may investigate and restrict activity that creates legal, security or operational risk, while considering severity and applicable law.
