Our role
LYXE may act as controller for account and billing information and as processor for data merchants place in their stores. Responsibilities depend on the processing context.
Lawful bases
Processing may rely on contract, legitimate interests, consent or legal obligation. Where consent applies, it may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Data subject requests
Requests may be sent to privacy@lyxe.in. We may verify identity and will respond within the period required by applicable data-protection law.
International transfers
Where data is transferred internationally, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards when required.
